Security deposit
A £300/ $375 refundable security deposit is required with the final payment.
This will be refunded no later that 28 days after your return following inspection
of the villa by the management company if no loss or damage has been reported.
The final payment is due 10 weeks before your arrival date.
Until confirmed rates, including taxes are subject to change without notice.
Stays of less than 6 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee of £60/$120.
