- We can arrange a grocery pack for your arrival.
- No need to collect your key, you will be issued with your own personel door
& alarm code.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa. Smoking is
only permitted on the pool deck using the ashtrays provided.
- No pets are allowed inside or on the premises
- For the comfort of our guests we do not allow pets at our villa.
Security deposit
- A £300/ $375 refundable security deposit is required with the
final payment. This will be refunded no later that 28 days after
your return following inspection of the villa by the management
company if no loss or damage has been reported. The final
payment is due 10 weeks before your arrival date.
- Until confirmed rates, including taxes are subject to change
without notice.
- Stays of less than 6 nights will incur an additional cleaning fee of
£60/$120.
- We accept British pounds or American Dollars, by credit card,
cheques or wire transfer. Please add 4.% for credit card
payments
