Our executive vacation home is fully air-conditioned, spacious, has 5 bedroom
4.5 bathroom home with private pool & spa. Our villa is situated on the
impressive gated community of Highgate Park at Legacy Park on Hwy 27. The
community provides a tennis court and children’s play area.
Our luxury vacation home in Orlando is ideally situated for your stay, just over
10 minutes to Disney world and in easy reach of all major Hwy’s leading to
other theme parks, attractions, shopping malls, restaurants and Golf courses.
Within a few minutes drive of our fabulous vacation home there is the
convenient small shopping mall of Berry Town comprising of a Publix
supermarket, Applebee’s restaurant, Chinese takeaway, fish & chips takeaway,
Indian takeaway, liquor store, pizza store, sports bar, and bank. At Cagens
Crossing a 2 mile drive from the villa on US27 you will find a Wall-Mart (open
24 hours) Chilli's restaurant and Irish bar & grill
Our fabulous vacation home has over 2,452 ft of luxury living space, two
comfortable living areas: the formal lounge area for quiet moments,and the
family room which has cable television and a DVD with an assortment of DVD’
s, patio doors leading onto the pool deck. 3 dining areas the breakfast nook
seats 6 around the table with patio doors leading onto the pool deck, adjacent
to the kitchen the breakfast bar seats 3, and of course the best of all outside
under the lanai for breakfast on the sun deck overlooking the pool.
The 5 bedrooms: 3 of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms no
need to rush in the mornings. On the first floor you will find the Master
bedroom with King bed, cable television and DVD, walk in shower, tub, twin
sinks, and toilet. One the ground floor of our vacation home are the two
Queen suites one has patio doors leading onto the pool deck. Both have
cable television/dvd's the bathrooms have a bath over head shower, sink and
toilet The two twin bedrooms are on the first floor and share a fourth full
bathroom. All bedrooms have remote controlled cable TV/DVD and hairdryers,
clocks. There is also a downstairs cloak room with toilet and sink.
Our vacation home with its private Pool & Deck
The extended sunny deck houses your very own huge 30 x 15 ft private,
stunning, blue sparkling swimming pool and spa. There are comfortable
luxury padded loungers for those who wish to relax around the pool and
soak up the sun, for those who wish some shade there is a large lanai patio
table and chairs with electric fan. There are 3 sets of patio doors leading to the
pool area. For security of children there is a child safety fence around the
pool which is removable if children are not present. For those wishing to cool
off without using the pool there is also a cabana shower. For great impromptu
dining alfresco we have also provided al gas BBQ. The villa is idea for more
than one family with enough space to sleep 10, no sofa bed needed. Within
the villa’s garage you will find a well equipped games area with full size slate
pool table, air hockey table and football table. There is a full size large washer
and dryer for all your laundry needs. The villa also has an upstairs loft area
overlooking the family room with cable television, a Playstation 2 with games
and computer with high speed wireless Internet enabling you to bring your own
laptop if you prefer. For infants we provide travel crib, stroller/pushchair,
highchair, stair gate, baby monitor and steriliser all baby crockery and cutlery.
The modern fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer with ice maker,
range/cooker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, sandwich maker,and coffee
peculator and all crockery and cutlery.
Our wonderful vacation home away from home in the sunshine state is perfect
